If this outcome is not satisfied for the batch of 6 frozen eggs, we will provide a one-time replacement batch of 3 frozen oocytes free of charge (shipping fee excluded).
The prerequisite for receiving this replacement is the transfer of any embryo of sufficient quality, including frozen embryos. It is important to note that Guarantee A does not apply to biopsied and PGT tested blastocyst embryos.
To qualify for this guaranteed option, sperm samples used for donor egg insemination must meet the criteria specified below.
If you purchase 10 or more oocytes, we guarantee to have at least two Blastocyst embryos out of the 10 frozen donor eggs service purchased from us and processed at one of our Authorized Partner Center or in our associated Toronto, Los Angeles, or New York area IVF Centers, depending on where the oocytes were frozen.
If this outcome is not satisfied for the batch of frozen eggs, we will provide a one-time replacement batch of 5 frozen oocytes free of charge (shipping fee excluded). If one blastocyst embryo resulted in the initial warming cycle, we would provide a replacement of 3 frozen eggs.
