• Open practice in a timely manner, making sure all lights and equipment are turned on and functioning. Maintains general cleanliness and neatness of personal work area and patient waiting area.
• Assists in maintaining efficiency in our overall front end practice operations; is initiative-taking in identifying issues that could deter the clinic flow and helps to facilitate them. Communicates routinely and efficiently with provider and clinical techs on all pertinent patient matters that could delay the patient’s visit. Assists doctors with special requests as needed in relation to maintaining practice flow and patient care.

Currently seeking a Manager of Third Party Reproduction (TPR) to lead and scale a surrogacy and egg donation program.. This position is full-time and 100% on-site. This role will oversee the team of TPR coordinators, implement and manage CRM systems to ensure transparency of the intended parents’ journey, and strengthen relationships with agencies, donors, surrogates, and other key partners.
